BIO
Chad Bailey is a native of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and has been practicing law since 2007.  In 2004, Chad graduated magna cum laude from Western Kentucky University, earning a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science.  After graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2007, Chad started his legal career as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Bowling Green.

 

After leaving the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office, Chad worked at the Law Office of T. Brian Lowder (now Lowder & McGill).  In 2013, Chad became an associate at Coffman Law Office.  Chad opened up his own law office in 2016.

Chad has experience in several areas of law including: family (divorce, child custody, child support, dependency abuse and neglect), criminal (drug possession, drug trafficking, DUI, wanton endangerment, assault, manslaughter, murder), personal injury (car accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death), estate litigation, contract disputes, property/land disputes, business law, civil rights, powers of attorney, and employment law. 

 

Chad Practices law in several areas of South Central Kentucky, including Bowling Green (Warren County), Franklin (Simpson County), Scottsville (Allen County), Morgantown (Butler County), Brownsville (Edmonson County), Glasgow (Barren County), and Russellville (Logan County).
